Store Credit Process:

  • Store credit will be provided in the form of an E-Gift Card.
  • Approval of store credit is contingent upon the absence of an unapproved claim filed with Route.

Processing Time:

  • Store Credit will be issued within 1-3 business days.

Responsibility and Address Accuracy:

  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
  • Any claims related to lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed store credit.
  • By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • Ensure to provide a reliable and accurate shipping address at checkout to avoid issues.

Eligibility Criteria for Store Credit:

  • Items must be unused and in sellable condition.
  • Items must be in the original packaging.

Shipping Charges:

  • Store credit applies to the original product amount only, not shipping charges.
  • No refund for shipping charges if a label has been created or the package has left our facility.

Exchanges:

  • Buyer covers return shipping and re-shipping fee for replacement items.
  • Certain goods are exempt from exchange, including Gift Cards, Waist Trainers, Injections, Opened Pills, and Soaps.

Refund Process:

  • A receipt is required for store credit processing.
  • Without a receipt, store credit will not be processed.
  • Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Returns beyond 30 days after delivery may result in partial refunds.
